The challenge
Anush Foundations was doing the work — health, education, humanitarian programmes — but the storytelling wasn't matching the impact.
Foundations often face the same problem: the people behind the work are out doing it, not photographing it. Updates came as cropped phone shots and brief captions — true, but easy to scroll past.
The brief: document each initiative properly, build a social presence that earns the trust of donors and partners, and produce video stories that move people closer to the cause — not further away.
Our approach
We put a small, mobile crew on the ground at every major initiative — photography, video, and a social team building the narrative in real time.
- On-the-ground photography at every major programme — health camps, education drives, community events — captured with editorial discipline, not phone snaps.
- Documentary-style video stories for each initiative — short-form for social, longer pieces for donor channels.
- Always-on social presence across Instagram and LinkedIn, building a year-round narrative — not a flurry around fundraising windows.
- A growing visual archive Anush can use across decks, reports, and partner communications without needing to commission new work each time.
What we delivered
- On-ground photography per initiative
- Documentary video series (short + long form)
- Editorial social calendar (IG, LinkedIn)
- Asset library for donor decks and reports
- Monthly story planning + content review
- On-call senior pod
Outcomes
The goal was never a vanity number on a slide. It was a system that compounds — quarter on quarter, release after release.
- Authentic storytellingEach programme now leaves with a story package the foundation can keep using long after the initiative ends.
- Audience growthSteady organic growth across social — not viral spikes, but durable community-building.
- Donor confidenceExisting donor relationships strengthened by the cadence and quality of programme documentation.
- Cross-channel reusePhotography and video shot for social now powers fundraising decks, reports, and partner pitches.
"They show up, they document the work properly, and the storytelling carries our cause further than we could on our own."
— Programme Lead, Anush FoundationsWhat's next
The visual library keeps growing initiative by initiative. Each story we capture today is collateral the foundation will use for years — across donor reports, programme launches, and partnerships.
